Jen has become my polaroid partner in crime. Much to my delight we have done a few collaborations, the latest being our word collaboration. I look forward to my continued friendship with Jen and future projects. Fittingly enough look what Jen sent me as a Christmas gift. Be still my heart. I do believe it will keep my photos from the word collaboration safe. Thank you dear girl, I can't think of anyone I rather polaroid with.

about as Christmas as it is gonna get around here.
I have tried to get crafty, i really have. It's just not happening. I got this adorably tiny little guy last year from here.
So instead I am spending time with my kids and obviously taking some polaroids. I'm convinced that the polaroid camera is good for the soul.
I will be here at least a few more times this week. Then I will be taking a break to spend time with someone very special .

ps. thank you for all of your kind words and comments regarding my lay off. you all sure made the crash landing much softer.
I got laid off yesterday. Yes it really couldn't have happened at a worse time. Here's the thing though, i feel like something clicked in the universe. I am not sure what it is yet, only time will tell that. I do think it is quite possibly someone trying to tell me something. To slow down, reconnect with my kids, not to worry too much about the monetary part of the holiday and to reconnect with my creativity. So I am going to try and embrace the time i have. Remembering to breath deep when it all seems like too much. I hear you universe, I hear you.
Hello all. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving holiday. It is time again for Jen and my polaroid collaboration. This month's word was narrow.

The word narrow instantly makes me think of the narrow warehouses along the
canals of Amsterdam. This narrow window was the best I could find in my area
of the world...
I don't like to play favorites but this might be my favorite yet Jen!
