I never knew it was possible to love a child as much as I love her, even though she does not belong to me.  I never knew someone could steal my heart the way she has.  19 months ago this precious girl was born.  She makes my heart sing.  I don't think she will ever know the true joy she has brought to my life.  Our whole family adores her but I have to say my favorite times are when it is just she and I playing or reading together.  I hope my sister knows how much i love being her aunt and that i would do anything for her little girl.  I hope I am being the kind of aunt to her daughter that she has been to my kids.  Oh how I love this child.

Isn't auntdom awesome? I've got 4 nieces and 3 nephews and I can't get enough of them - although the big nephews don't quite know what to make of their crazy Aunt Lori. :)
