Today i am thinking about a boy. It doesn't seem so long ago that i was in a room with a sonogram machine. The technician wanted to know if we wanted to know the sex of the baby. We sure do, i said knowing what she was going to say next. It's a boy! she said. My mind started racing...a boy? What will i possibly do with a boy? I don't know how to do "boy". A boy? Really...hmmm how hard could it be.
Not hard at all. He came early and while i was very sick with a kidney infection. Luckily, he was a lovely and easy baby. As he got a little older we have had to deal with some health problems that have come along. Nothing life threating but when it is your kid, all you can do is worry and think about how to get them better.
He is tiny but mighty.
He is more energetic than anyone i know.
He is a complete ham, I never knew someone so young could have such a sense of humor.
I am so glad that i had my little boy, four years ago today.
What a handsome fireman he will make when he gets big. Happy b-day C.
